Hiya, @F0malhaut42! You tagged that page as a copyright violation last month and in your edit summary you said the whole page was cut and pasted from https://bie.ala.org.au. Thanks for caring about copyright and for leaving an edit summary! Can you indicate to me which page there is problematic? Then I'll go a head and get to the bottom of the issue. @F0malhaut42, I just wanted to pass along to you that this is an instance, for once, where there's no copyright violation. Atlas of Living Australia is copying Wikipedia and they're doing it right. If you want to look at the page you linked, 1. it says the source is Wikipedia, 2. the the citation has a link to the article they're mirroring, 3. they display the Creative Commons ShareAlike 4.0 license and 4. include a link to the text of the license itself.
Honestly, This is like seeing a unicorn... Thanks! Oona Wikiwalker (talk) 01:25, 25 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Species authorities

[edit]

I have reverted a bunch of changes you made to linking and formatting of species authorities. Not all authorities go in parenthesis. The parens mean something; specifically, they mean the species was described under a different name (by that author) and moved to the current name. Please don't add parens willy-nilly. Also, you way over used <small> tags and links to authors. I fixed the listing of Therinia. The rest I reverted. When I have a chance, I'll look at the ones I reverted and fix them, if you haven't gotten to them first. - UtherSRG (talk) 14:00, 25 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

June 2026

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Zackmann08. I noticed that you recently made an edit to Virat Hindustan Sangam in which your edit summary did not appear to describe the change you made. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 05:09, 3 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies. To explain better, the part about consolidating religions and the removal of the part about it being right-wing, especially combined with an edit to the infobox which i probably misinterpreted, made me think it was propaganda. F0malhaut42 (talk) 05:14, 3 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]
