To add to my previous reply @LoganStylus, your proposed change of image needs to reflect consensus. With the prevalent usage of uncensored images elsewhere in articles about topics such as genitalia and intercourse, I find the removal of the image in question wrong, and thus unlikely; it clearly depicts one of the most common forms of censorship.
