Buying pre-cut or frozen veggies is definitely a preemptive accommodation (even if it comes as a follow up to rotted veggies)

I think most additional costs, whether it’s a preemptive/preventative accommodation or as a consequence, can count as an ADHD tax. I also think it’s important not to restrict it as just having the term made it easier for me to spend that extra bit of money to make my life easier.

Because I definitely agree for autofill, that’s one of the reasons I use the keyboard shortcuts

Was a game changer for me.

Recently I forgot to recharge mine and was reminded why it made a difference:

• the motion of scrubbing would make me gag, but you don’t need to do that with an electric toothbrush

• I used to put too much pressure on it (as if I was trying to shove the bristles through my teeth). But since I don’t have to move the bush as much, I’m better and using the right amount of pressure
