Also, I was going to buy a device to help circulate the air. What do you recommend?

He’s currently in a plastic type of box. Like a shoebox size since we found him in the stream we were going to keep him in there for a few days before getting a bigger tank. I switched the water today with replacement stream water from where we found him, but I had kept that water for 2 days in a plastic pitcher. I just went and got fresh stream water. Should I switch it ?
