Wouldn't I hold off on masori untl a tbow since I'm using bowfa?

I've kind of swapped my mega-rare out multiple times and landed on the shadow for it's versatility, and I wasn't running much ToB, but it doesn't seem to be the smartest move in the long run. Was just wondering if any priorities are out of line based on the content I do.
