Ironman mode is more fun than I thought u/Boozenosnooz • Ironman mode is more fun than I thought Discussion I'm someone who has always been intimidated by Ironman mode. I've always thought it seemed cool but was skeptical on whether I would like it or not. I'm close to maxing my main account and figured what the hell, I'll try out an ironman. If I like it maybe I'll pursue it after I max my main. And let me tell you I've been having a blast. There's such a cool feeling getting everything yourself without relying on others. I also didn't realize how much more content that it makes worth it to try, stuff you'd never touch on a main. I like that aspect of it the most I think. Right now it's a F2P iron at about 350 total level. I know membership is probably even more insane but I probably won't get membership on it until I'm more serious about it and it's looking like I'm going to be. Anyway, just had to share my thoughts as a newcomer to the mode.
Lil tip for upkeeping crystal shards u/Meatcircus23 • Lil tip for upkeeping crystal shards Tips & Tricks Put your house in Priff and set Runelite to ping for Crystal imps with NPC Indicators and shards are 0-time to upkeep. RL will ping you whenever there's an imp outside whenever you go to your house to sip from your pool, and imps drop shards/acorns pretty damn frequently. I'm almost maxed and haven't had to actively hunt shards for my crystal armor/divines since I finished CG; and as an added bonus you'll end up snagging a fair amount of passive ranarr seeds/D darts/alchables/elites as well.
