Hello everyone ! Hope y'all are doing well :)

I'm looking for a list of cliché slice of life events/episodes/narrative arcs that are NOT school life. That's the hard part, keeping things that would apply to non student characters.

Examples :

• hot spring / onsen ✅

• christmas ✅

• new year ✅

• beach episode ✅

• exams ❌

• back-to-school ❌

• new student ❌

Some school life events can be turned into non school life events tho, for instance a regular trip would be ok instead of a school trip as long as there's another justification to make said trip since school can't be the reason anymore (a character could be winning a contest or a raffle e.g.)
