I'm a ps4 player returning to ps5 having issues with getting my save and account progression back. I never had a Ubisoft connect logged in and it must have been just linked to my PSN but when I tried to log in to ps5 it's forcing me to make an account.

Eventually, I made an account and it suggested me to log back into my PS4 to get old saved data, which I did. When I log in to PS4 I now get the option to retrieve online data or use local data and it will overwrite the other. I did the latter and got an error and tried it again, then on the third time it logged in but unfortunately into the fresh account despite me choosing local again.

Now any time I log in using local it logs in to the new account and the old one is seemingly lost, is there a way I can get my old one back or am I just cooked?
