The page Especial:Registro has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.
Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion review. - The problem is that without a mention (with a good reference), readers will be surprised. If it isn't worth adding to the target page, then the redirect also doesn't make sense to keep. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 14:40, 15 February 2026 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Feedmepaperr. I noticed that you recently made an edit in which your edit summary did not appear to describe the change you made. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. feedmepaperr (talk) 21:59, 9 March 2026 (UTC)

- In more-or-less the same vein, you are characterizing a huge percentage of your edits as Minor.
- When you have time, please check out the Wikipedia definition and instructions for minor edits. You'll see that they should be TRULY trivial. A good example is deleting an unnecessary comma.
- Just like an accurate edit summary makes a lot of difference to other editors, understanding whether something is truly minor is important for the future evolution of the article.
- Thanks for all your work! You've made a lot of edits in a very short period of time. Be well!! Left Central (talk) 04:51, 14 March 2026 (UTC)

Excessive user sub pages
[edit]Hello, I'm Serge, an Admin here on Wikipedia. I see you're on the newer side, so I wanted to make sure you were aware of WP:NOTWEBHOST. I've noticed you have...a lot of sub user pages, particularly in proportion to your overall edit count, which is rather low.
Its fine to make sub pages, but you'll want to make sure that they're somehow related to some sort of constructive work you're doing on Wikipedia. For example, this one is fine - its pretty normal to have sub page to organize your draft ideas. Some of your other ones are more iffy though. This and this really aren't related to building an encyclopedia. And others just simply aren't necessary any time soon - there's no need to be creating sub-pages for when you're going to be an admin or a checkuser. It generally takes years for those sorts of rights, so there's really no need to have those sorts of things mapped out already.
My two cents - you've only been here a couple months. I'd focus more of your time on learning how the website works and getting good at editing, rather than all this stuff. Make sure you understand how to identify reliable sources, how to interpret out notability guidelines, etc. Sergecross73 msg me 16:44, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks, I understood. Just wanted a folder to store all what I can think of during my career. And I have to say the story of why I created all these subpages:
- I created an article called 2026 Minecraft source code leak in March 13, 2026. However, minutes after publishing it was nominated for deletion, and I wanted to keep it. (As of writing) 8 commented redirect to Minecraft#Bedrock Edition and console editions, and 2 commented delete. So I created a drafts section. Also, I had to create these folders because I wanted a custom signature, but I think it'd end up more than the character limit (255 bytes), so I wrote the signature (it ended up being 365 bytes), placed it in and voila it worked.
- So sorry if I didn't understand Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not#Wikipedia is not a blog, web hosting service, social networking service, or memorial site. - SimpleObjects-9ei 🔥/🎰/😴 19:12, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- Yeah, having user pages for drafts is completely acceptable - I have one myself at User:Sergecross73/sandbox, where I list off various drafts and article ideas for the future. It's just that some of that other stuff is probably starting to veer off a bit. Sergecross73 msg me 19:20, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- @Sergecross73 Additionally, I forgot to say:
- It takes money to host a website. I'm in South America, and I'm planning to visit all 50 U.S. states somewhere near the end of this year and not waste money on a stupid website that will definitely not last long. Traveling also takes money, but your brain does the decision: host a website ($19.99/mo) or travel to the United States (~+$2,000, a.k.a wikibreak).
- Thank you. - SimpleObjects-9ei 🔥/🎰/😴 14:31, 30 March 2026 (UTC)

Minor edits
[edit]
Hello! I noticed that you added content at Wikipedia:Responding to threats of harm and incorrectly marked the edit as "minor". On Wikipedia, "minor edit" means superficial edits like fixing typos or totally uncontroversial changes like reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that adds content or otherwise changes the meaning of an article is not minor. As well, you wrote "feel free to revert" in the edit summary, but marking it as "minor" implies that the edit is extremely unlikely to be reverted, so that's counter-productive.

- You know what, I didn't even notice the font. Yeah, you can reinstate it. Personally, I'd rather keep the default for a user talk page, but it doesn't hurt the readability, so sure. I'm just a grumpy minimalist :p — W.andrea (talk) 19:26, 17 March 2026 (UTC)

[edit]Can you please explain why you made this edit?-- Ponyobons mots 21:42, 24 March 2026 (UTC)
- Do you want me to explain? Okay! So...:
- These used to be edits made by trusted users using Twinkle or Huggle in where they were trying to warn SineCosineTangentDisruptiom (it's so hard to spell his name) for vandalism, such as a final warning for vandalism on Sigma Boy. However, when the user was finally blocked, the user still had TPA access, and SineCosineTangentDisruptiom removed part of previous warnings and replaced them with "Goofy ahh brainrot 💀" like too many times. Their talk page access was revoked by the admin Isabelle Belato, however I wanted to resurrect the previous warnings for several purposes which, because I didn't read the whole Manual of Style and all Wikipedia namespace articles, don't know what the thing is. - SimpleObjects-9ei 🔥/🎰/😴 22:10, 24 March 2026 (UTC)
- I have no idea what you're trying to say. The editor had their talk page access revoked over a year ago. There is no reason whatsoever for you to retore old warnings there.-- Ponyobons mots 22:18, 24 March 2026 (UTC)

The article Hardest has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Stub, unlikely there will ever be a notable article here, violates WP:NOTDICT and does not appear to meet the criteria for WP:POINTWIKT.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.
If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time. GSK (talk • edits) 01:16, 30 March 2026 (UTC)

Help to upload article to wikipedia
[edit]Hi! I am ActingGeek1987 and wanted to make an article about one of my favourite Actors!! he is not on wikipedia and I wanted to change that, but unfortunately I can't move the article from my sandbox to the main wikipedia. Can somebody help? thanks! ActingGeek1987 (talk) 22:29, 25 April 2026 (UTC)
- Hi, ActingGeek1987, and welcome to Wikipedia! To begin an article, don't do it directly in mainspace—rather, make a draft about your actors (see Wikipedia:Drafts to see how to do so) or do it so in your sandbox page. For the draft, make sure you got reliable, self-published (and independent) sources, and enough notability ready for it. Good luck! - SimpleObjects-9ei 🌸/🌻/🌞 23:22, 25 April 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you SimpleObjects-9ei!! I have checked everything and every source and my article draft is saved in my sandbox page. but how do I publish it now? there was a possibility to send your draft to check, but that takes more than 2 months, do you know what I could do? ActingGeek1987 (talk) 23:28, 25 April 2026 (UTC)
- To send your draft ready for mainspace, how about you add "{{subst:AfC submission/draftnew}}{{subst:AfC submission/coi|$1}}" on top of the draft's content? When you're done drafting (and your article meets enough notability), click the "Submit the draft for review!" button and an Articles for Creation reviewer will review it. If the AfC reviewer accepts the submission, your article is sent to mainspace. If the AfC reviewer declines the submission, don't give up! Continue draftifying and when you're done again, click the button. - SimpleObjects-9ei 🌸/🌻/🌞 23:44, 25 April 2026 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Windows 8..1
[edit]
A tag has been placed on Windows 8..1 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a recently created redirect from an implausible typo or misnomer, or other unlikely search term.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

Hello, I was wondering how I properly make copyedits. Often times it appears that the edit isn’t just correcting misspellings but properly rewording incorrect phrases: many times for tone. I know that Wikipedia wants an encyclopedic tone but how do you achieve this and identity when a tone is not encyclopedic. Thank you --HaydenKe (talk) 15:54, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
- Hello, HaydenKe, and welcome! Start with basic copyediting first (see Wikipedia:Basic copyediting): fixing typos and grammar, such as "from ths" to "from this". Reverting blocked editors on their talk page
[edit]Blocked editors have some leeway in popping off when blocked. "Go away" is not a personal attack and there was no reason to revert in that instance. In most cases it just fans flames and leads to more attention seeking behaviour.-- Ponyobons mots 23:16, 8 June 2026 (UTC)
- I understood. 😉 It's that sometimes I go too rogue with personal attacks: the second I see an "Kill yourself", welp, what else other than reporting the user to administrators (and revoking the vandal's TPA, too, if they misuse it too much)? One of these moments was in User talk:Days all ho abd gone, where the vandal repeatedly placed personal attacks (such as "Die <random slur>") and, since they were all visible through my notices, I reverted them. – SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (🌎 CentralAuth) 23:24, 8 June 2026 (UTC)
- In extreme cases you can just draw the attacks to the attention of the blocking (or any other) admin. Getting into a revert war on the account's talk page just gives them the opportunity to post the content repeatedly. Let's not give them the opportunity.-- Ponyobons mots 23:28, 8 June 2026 (UTC)

- @Israeladey223 Welcome to Wikipedia, a free encyclopedia that anyone can edit! I have to doubt if you are asking any of these so I can give you a better result:
- If you mean "creating a page", sorry! You'll need to be autoconfirmed (i.e. logged in for more than 4 days and have made more than 10 edits) to create pages and redirects. You can still create pages outside the (Article) and Portal namespaces.
- If you mean "creating a draft", it's simple: go to the article wizard to start going with your draft. If you have a conflict of interest in your draft, please urgently ask me.
- If you mean "creating my own user page", it's also simple: go to User:Israeladey223 and click where it says: "Start the User:Israeladey223 page." You are free to type in anything!

[edit]About your recent post on AIV. The user was already globally locked. It didn't seem that way on Wikipedia, because a trick was done (don't ask me about the technical side of it, but I know what the end result is) to simply block them Globally. In the future, if you report someone, and the report was removed, please check the User's Global Account. If you don't see the User there, or there the User is shown there as blocked, they are blocked globally. Considering who the one engaging in LTA was, I may need to request REVDEL again. If you mean, and with encyclopedic tone, "AI", writing content with artificial intelligence is not allowed. Sorry! What else? – SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (🌎 CentralAuth) 15:09, 16 June 2026 (UTC)

Hi, I noticed that a reference to the Cooper's hawk in the Rose-breasted grosbeak article (under the heading Longevity and mortality) uses the binomial Accipiter cooperii instead of its new name, Astur cooperii. Would it be helpful to change this name, or would it be nitpicky? Also, would it be disruptive to update binomials of other organisms? (if they are already reflected across other Wikipedia articles, of course) --LailaPD (talk) 22:46, 18 June 2026 (UTC)

- Hello, NoahTheWikiMaker, and welcome to the encyclopedia!
- If you mean "creating your userpage", it's simple: click this link, and press the button that says "Start the User:NoahTheWikiMaker page." Make sure to follow Wikipedia's policies while creating the userpage.
- If you mean "creating your OWN encyclopedic page", uh... first of all, do you have a conflict of interest? I just want to know if you are notable enough to get your userpage.
