- Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
- It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at firstâit's fine to edit using common sense.
- If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue on the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
- Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
- When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
- If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
- Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Hello, I'm TonySt. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Big Three (American television) have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. tony 14:10, 2 April 2026 (UTC)
School articles and citation formats
[edit]Thanks for your edits to school and school district articles, such as these edits. I will point out that there is no reason to change citation formats, as the exiting formats work perfectly well, and that WP:CITEVAR dictates -- as a matter of policy -- that they should not be modified from the format used throughout the article. Alansohn (talk) 13:58, 26 May 2026 (UTC)
- And this is another edit that seems to change citation format, in conflict with WP:CITEVAR. Why make these edits? Alansohn (talk) 20:15, 4 June 2026 (UTC)
- To get the date of the story. Plus this way is the template to cite sources. PeanutsGang202575 (talk) 22:14, 4 June 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply, but you may want to take a look at WP:CITEVAR. The date can be added, with or without a template. Alansohn (talk) 23:49, 4 June 2026 (UTC)

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at 2026 NBA Finals. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. â Muboshgu (talk) 21:08, 7 June 2026 (UTC)
