Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Sai University, Chennai. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. — HELLKNOWZ ∣ TALK 09:50, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Sai University, Chennai, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 06:41, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
- The above warning was about {{cn}} tag which you removed without provided a source. Please also don't remove material with no reason and don't use misleading edit summaries. This edit was not "History corrections". With no reason at all, you removed two well sourced facts (the trust commitment and the other university) which were both supported by at least three reliable sources. Muhandes (talk) 06:44, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
- Hi @Muhandes, Thanks for pointing it out & thanks for updating the history of Sai University. I have recently started editing in wikipedia and started inventing & learning things. But the reason why i removed that particular line is because that it was not needed for that particular history. With all due respect, requesting you to remove the details about the Shiv nadar university and the investing amount. Let me know your thoughts. 116.72.126.72 (talk) 06:48, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 06:49, 26 October 2022 (UTC)

- I think the endowment of the university is a critical fact, why remove it? Also, the fact that both universities were approved together is critical since they were the first to be legislated in Tamil Nadu for over 90 years. I am trying to save this article from deletion, why are you fighting it, do you want the article deleted? --Muhandes (talk) 08:21, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
- Nope definitely not. I understand and agree with your concerns. Thanks by the way Maha42 (talk) 08:24, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
- Hi @Muhandes, I will be removing 2 lines from the history. A person from the institution contacted and wanted that particular information to be removed. kindly consider. Thanks Maha42 (talk) 11:54, 3 November 2022 (UTC)
- If a person from the institution contacted and wanted some particular information removed then I'm going to insist it remains. Please read WP:COI since you seem to be very deeply involved. And I left you your third warning about disruptive editing below, plus a guideline on how to handle your COI. Muhandes (talk) 13:19, 3 November 2022 (UTC)

- Hi @Muhandes,
- Will there be any changes to the page? Shall we remove the discussion for deletion tag from the page? Maha42 (talk) 15:08, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
- Discussoin is still ongoing. Sadly, so far I am the only editor who too the time to actually examine the sources and see how obviously notable the institute is. Hopefully they all come to their senses. However, they may not, in which case the article would be deleted. I learned over the years not to take any of it personally and just to move on to the next project. Muhandes (talk) 15:16, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
- Thinking about it, what you could do is see if there are more sources which provide substatial coverage, mostly in any of the local languages. Universities are often covered locally. --Muhandes (talk) 15:22, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
- Understood. Will look for local coverage and update. Thanks for the efforts Maha42 (talk) 15:31, 2 November 2022 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]
Hello, Maha42. Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 13:21, 3 November 2022 (UTC)
- Hi @Muhandes,
- Thanks for letting me know the information. I wont be participating in any of the change with the article any more
- Thanks Maha42 (talk) 13:28, 3 November 2022 (UTC)
- I'm not sure what exactly is going on, but someone keeps trying to redo your edits. As you already stated that these edits were requested by the university, I would assume these are done by representatives of the university trying to use Wikipedia as a promotion platform. If you are in any way related to them, please let them know that this will not be tolerated. Muhandes (talk) 09:26, 23 November 2022 (UTC)
