Re. Hardman's biography

[edit]

I have been given a deadline of 16 June to complete the necessary work on this article. However, I will not be able to carry out any deep research until my examinations conclude on 28 May. Any additions you could make in the meantime would be greatly appreciated. No worries if not. Best, MSincccc (talk) 17:39, 22 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Will see what I can do. I am not fully free until next month either, but if I come across anything related to this topic I will add it to the article. Keivan.fTalk 05:35, 23 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your response.
I also realised yesterday that Google Search had changed its profile picture for Catherine to the one we use in the infobox here. It speaks to Wikipedia’s influence in 2026. Best, MSincccc (talk) 16:01, 24 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]
It seemed wise to withdraw the nomination at this stage, given my time constraints and backlog elsewhere on Wiki.
Thanks for your support. Hopefully, we'll get this to GAN and to the Main Page one day. Best, MSincccc (talk) 08:16, 30 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]
That's fine. I'm sure there will be more opportunities for you to work on it in the future. You can ask for my or others' input when the time comes. Best. Keivan.fTalk 22:15, 30 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Keivan.f! I was wondering why you moved this article to Official Gazette of the Republic of Türkiye? I reverted it on the grounds of WP:COMMONNAME, but if there are some other factors I failed to see I am fine with self reverting :) 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) (contributions) 20:48, 24 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]

@45dogs: Hello. It's fine. I moved it because there was a discrepancy between how Turkey's official name is rendered in this article vs the parent article (to clarify the country is officially called the Republic of Türkiye at the moment). But then I had a look through Google Ngram and it appears that the article's previous title "Resmi Gazete" is the most common name and the move that occurred back in March 2021 in an attempt to 'translate' the title was not really justified. I have now opened an RM on the talk page to settle the issue. Cheers. Keivan.fTalk 21:06, 24 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]

EII's descendants

[edit]

I tried to insert the link into running prose for each of the Wales siblings. ([1], [2], [3]) But the article, as I now see it, includes it under See also. I look forward to your thoughts. Best, MSincccc (talk) 15:58, 25 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]

I wouldn't be opposed to that. Although such articles on descendants and notable families are indeed allowed if they are notable, one should always remember that Wikipedia is not a genealogical website (WP:NOTGENEALOGY). Keivan.fTalk 22:56, 25 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Capital letters

[edit]

I just wanted to extend an apology for my use of capital letters on stuff like "Imperial". It's just autocorrect as I've used it so much. I used to be the same with "Emperor" and "Empress" but I've gotten better with those.

I will try be more mindful in the future and I am sorry for the hassle. Camillz (talk) 06:52, 11 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Camillz No worries. It happens. Sometimes we don't have time and have to rush to publish the edits. Thanks for your work on that article by the way. I think in the future when the government debate on this matter dies down we have to trim it down a little bit though. Keivan.fTalk 15:23, 11 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Addition of “Media image” content on attractiveness rankings

[edit]

I propose adding a short, well-sourced paragraph to the “Media image” section highlighting Alia Bhatt’s presence in media-based attractiveness and desirability rankings. Similar content is commonly included in the articles of other major Bollywood actors, such as Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, where it helps provide a balanced view of their media perception and public image.

In Bhatt’s case, there are multiple reliable sources documenting her inclusion in lists such as

A high-profile and popular celebrity in India, Bhatt is described as a sex symbol and ranks high on various listings of the most attractive Indian celebrities.[1][2] In 2014 and 2016, she was listed in "100 Sexiest Woman" by the Indian edition of FHM.[3][4] In 2015, she appeared on HuffPost's "100 Most Influential Women on Twitter" list.[5] The Indian edition of People described her as "India's Most Beautiful Woman" in 2016.[6] Bhatt was listed in first place in The Times of India's "50 Most Desirable Women" list of 2018, and she was named the "Sexiest Asian Woman" by the UK magazine Eastern Eye in 2019.[7][8] In 2020, Eastern Eye also featured her in their dynamic dozen for the decade list.[9] In 2019 and 2023, Bhatt featured in Rediff's annual "Top Bollywood Actresses" listing.[10][11] She has been featured frequently on other Rediff lists, including "Bollywood's Most Beautiful Actresses", "Bollywood's Best Actresses Ever" and "Top 10 Bollywood Actresses of all Time".[12][13][14][15]

These mentions are sourced from established publications and are already widely cited across comparable biographies. The addition would therefore improve consistency with similar articles and enhance coverage of her public image without giving undue weight. All sources are reliable and already formatted per citation guidelines. ~2026-33752-69 (talk) 14:27, 12 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

A query

[edit]

Should this article be cited now or later when he actually guest-edits Country Life? Best, MSincccc (talk) 14:41, 19 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Charles, Camilla, Anne, and Catherine have done something similar in the past. The best thing to do is wait until the issue comes out and then cite it under “Bibliography”. You can then maybe add one sentence to the body of the article itself as has been done for Catherine who guest edited HuffPost. Keivan.fTalk 15:05, 19 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, hope you're doing well. Best, MSincccc (talk) 15:25, 19 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Re. Sources

[edit]

A reviewer has pointed me to a few unused sources which might be beneficial for the article on Catherine's fashion here.

Could you please let me know which ones are high-quality and worth incorporating in your opinion? Thanks. Best, MSincccc (talk) 14:25, 23 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I won't be able to look at anything in depth until maybe this Thursday, so when I'm free I'll have a look at it. Good luck with the FAC process. Keivan.fTalk 15:27, 23 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Filmography update proposal: Lock Upp Season 2

[edit]

Hello @Keivan.f,

Could you please consider adding Lock Upp Season 2 to Shivangi Joshi's filmography/Web series section? Multiple reliable media outlets, including The Indian Express, have reported her participation as confirmed. Since you have extended-confirmed rights and are actively editing the article, your assistance in reviewing and adding this information with proper sourcing would be greatly appreciated.
