Proposed deletion of Justcomer/broadcast works

The article Justcomer/broadcast works has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Speedy deletion nomination of Justcomer/broadcast works

A tag has been placed on Justcomer/broadcast works requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. If you intended that to be a page in your user-space, the title should have been "User:Justcomer/broadcast works" - without the initial "User:" it becomes an article in the main encyclopedia. I would have moved it there for you, but I had to delete it because it is copied from http://www.broadcastworks.com/history/. Wikipedia cannot accept copyright material, not even in user pages, not even temporarily - please read Wikipedia:Copy-paste and for more detail WP:Copyrights#Contributors' rights and obligations.

Assertion of permission to use is not enough; a formal copyright release is essential, as described at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. That is not often worth doing, because material written for other purposes is usually unsuitable, because of informal style or promotional tone, for an encyclopedia article, and copying a single source will not provide the references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" which are necesary to establish the WP:Notability required for a Wikipedia article.
