Etymology section

[edit]

What is the rationale for having etymology and rationale for name as two separate sections? Would it be better to combine the two sections into one titled "Etymology"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by AngstyHippo (talkcontribs) 14:52, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Lead concerns

[edit]

@Hemiauchenia, I noticed that with the edits you've made to the lead, the last paragraph is now quite long, and includes some information redundant to the rest of the lead (e.g. describing Archaeoindris twice). Would you be able to go through the lead to ensure it conforms to MOS:LEAD at an FA level? Sdkbtalk 01:48, 28 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed. Hemiauchenia (talk) 01:53, 28 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

lemuria?

[edit]

Sbouldnt there be a mention somewhere about how the myth of Lemuria is named after them? ~2026-94095-7 (talk) 23:13, 11 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]
