@Greatder: It is not a simple order or something of that sort. It is a seven-page-long ordinance that emerged from extensive multi-party discussions. Even now, the parties involved continue to debate its contents. Therefore, the scope of this ordinance is broader.–𝐎𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐥 𝐐𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢 ʕʘ̅͜ʘ̅ʔ 20:23, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Owais Al Qarni the ordinance needs to be posted here to be a ordinance worth an article, the discussion is for the July Charter not the implementation order. Greatder (talk) 11:57, 14 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
