Hi! I'm in this place right now and this page has 2 errors
[edit]Iron Springs lost its post office and dedicated zip code in the 1990s. See the official post office website for confirmation. Also, the bylaws prohibit year-round residence. There is only 1 unit available for year-round residence. I cannot open the JSTOR article right now, but I suspect that the confusion regards winterized cabins, which can be used for short periods in the winter.
Unit owners in the past include: Sandra Day O'Connor, Barry Goldwater, Eddie Basha, Marshall Humphrey, and Bruce Babbit. Dan Quayle summered here as a child.
I recommend the book 100 Days of Summer by Jan Marshall for additional resources. 2600:1011:B357:58F4:B060:93C1:5ED:5E8C (talk) 06:03, 22 July 2025 (UTC)
