Changes I made to the Article

I added in a topic about anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder, which are all illnesses that can affect a person's diet and nutrition. I explained these topics and added citations to the end of each one. Next, I added in a topic about obesity as it can be closely related to diet and nutrition as well. What a person eats highly impacts their health, including weight/obesity, which puts a person at a very high risk for multiple cardiovascular diseases Lsouders27 (talk) 22:44, 2 April 2025 (UTC).
