it's so funny when films try to get on the right side of the crowd by offering "points" when the reality is nearly everyone should be offering bonuses, because the financial management of the points and sending off 67 cent checks every quarter to 35 people will be more costly then just giving them a bag of cash.
It sounds good to say on these little films, but the reality is no one pays out anything and the cost to keep track of the numbers cost more than the checks going out. It's like HR block charging 50 bucks to file a k1 that made the filer 15 bucks in royalties.
