The closer you are to your home country, the more comfortable it will be. If you're from an Arabic country, you'll feel the best in the Arabic world. If you're English-speaking, you'll fit best in the Commonwealth, etc. If you don't have time/money to visit all the countries, that's your best bet.

Pretty sure you haven't seen ghettos yet. Maybe visit Brussels or Amsterdam to see what ghettos really are.

There is no wrong area in Tampere. It's all B.S. Choose whatever you like. Vibrant neighborhood or solitude.

You don't go skiing in Mikkeli. This notion doesn't exist. Snowmobiling maybe, if the weather allows, but that's not in November for sure. You go skiing in Tahko and farther up north. The best resort of the country is Ylläs. Levi is the second best. Ruka is the 3rd best. Anything outside of the aforementioned resorts are too small to travel to and are meant for the locals.

Would love to retire my Toyota Hiace for this one, but not with a 200 highway km range. They need to get back to the drawing board.

More than likely! I just don't find the body battery to be an actionable metric for me. Like if I wake up and whether it's at 40% or 80%, I'll just go ahead with my day based on the HRV and my feelings.

HRV is the only recovery metric I trust on my watch. Body battery and training readiness are the most irrelevant from my experience. It can tell me I need to recover all it wants, but if I feel like smashing uphills, I'll go for it. Also, I never check the metrics on a race day.
