I'm digging the 2 new tracks released last week. I was introduced to them by way of the Vermillion Sky album a couple of years ago and have been quite impressed by everything I have heard from them.

If you get too pushy about something she's not comfortable with, she may just stop coming back. Take it slow, give plenty of positive reinforcement but let her set the pace as much as is reasonable.

My first visit to KD was today. I think the theme going across that whole area of the park is cool. The drum music everywhere and it all fitting together is pretty fun IMO.

Newish bands that kick ass

I've seen KB a bunch of times, they're one of my favorite bands. They are quite minimalist with live performance. It's all about nailing the delivery for them. They need something to enhance the live experience like some lighting effects or something. It just doesn't seem to interest them. They seem to be doing well enough to afford investing in the stage experience.

Rickshaw Billie is 10 years old. How far back does newish go? Not trying to be annoying. I'm a fan of margarita witch cult too. Castle Rat is a fairly new band that's really fun live. My personal opinion is their 2nd album is a big improvement over the first.

Sons of arrakis is a great newish band, they have 2 albums out now.
