I’ve finally bought into the hype around protein.

For so long I’ve heard people rave about getting enough protein in and how you’ll feel full longer. Id be happy just having pasta and sauce for dinner. Started keto a month ago and although some of it is the effects of keto, the amount of protein im consuming has really helped me stay fuller longer. I had some pizza a week ago because I had no other choice and was absolutely starving before bed. I couldn’t believe it.

Oh good catch! I put it in when I put the feta cheese into the bake mixture.

The recipe with the cheese and the milk included comes to 8g of carbs per serving so it is a fairly low carb recipe. Sugars are a type of carb so the carbs I listed include the sugar in the recipe.


Maybe not if you just drink a glass straight but in a recipe divided by 8 it’s pretty low carb.
