Thankyou for replying! My poor boy is struggling so bad that i decided to just take him downstairs, he seems so much happier. I kept them as far apart as possible and made sure everything was either his, or the kits so there was no cross contamination, hopefully it’ll all be fine!

I have actually been doing that, I confined him to only the bottom half of his cage and put some frozen bottles over the bars. Didn’t really seem to do mucb for him poor guy. This heatwave is breaking all sorts of records in the UK, today outside hit 36 where i live and its not looking much better tommorrow. The previous all time record of my town was 34 so we beat that pretty easy.

The worst thing is the humidity, it never seems to drop below 65 where i live so everything just feels so sticky, I can’t imagine the poor babies.

Thankyou for the advice, i did end up breaking the quarantine with as little risk as i could!

Thankyou i appreciate the input, i noticed how much he was struggling and have decided that breaking the quarantine was the best thing to do. I’m trying to keep it up as much as possible, like handwashing and not letting them interact with each other!

I have the yeti and the mantis.

Mantis is so so so soft, i have sensory issues too and no problems whatsoever with her, so i think its a pretty safe bet.

Yeti on the other hand, is not so good. His fur is very plastic feeling and sticks to you a lot. The other thing is the yetis fur falls out in clumps and isnt very well made (at least mine) so i barely hug him as he makes my nose itchy!
