Probably a stupid question but when the plumber installed the faucet kit for the tub he has the scold protection on the lowest setting so it’s freezing. I tried to loosen the lever with an Allen wrench but I think when he installed it he stripped it out. I know I have the right Allen bc I have the exact same faucet kit in the other bathroom and I can take that one off no issues (this bathroom is not done so I can’t just take a shower in this one lol). Anyone ran into a stripped Allen wrench and know how I can get this off? I’m so tired of cold showers. I texted and called the plumber and I’m not getting a response from him. Thanks!

Installed a ceiling fan/light with a receiver that has a remote to control the fan speed, light warmth, etc. Flip the switch on, light has a half second delay, you hear a click from the receiver inside the ceiling fan, light turns on. Flip switch off, light turns off immediately, then you hear another click from the receiver.

I emailed the company I ordered the fan from with no response. I’ve checked connections and everything seems correct and connections are well made. Any suggestions? Is this just going be an annoying thing you hear or is my house going to catch on fire lol
