Yeah, I remember it being my least favorite season by far. Still enjoying the season, though. I wouldn't even call it bad (so far), just worse by comparison.

I remember liking Bolin and Opal, and Bolin, in his optimistic naivety, only meant well. Interested to see if my opinion regarding their ship will change this rewatch.

If they acted like real high school students, the show would probably be rated R., lol.

Yeah, it's really hard to be mad at Bolin no matter what he does (like being loyal to Kuvira), because you just know he never means any harm.

Yeah, I also don't hold it against Asami that much. She was at such a low point when she kissed Mako.

But it still made me go like, "Wait, you two were supposed to be the "good guys" in terms of romance, lol.

Yeah, not a big fan of that development either, but at least it's a thousand times better (and healthier) than being with Eska.
