I researched the crap out of this before comitting. I ended up choosing a model with longer range - and am able to charge at my gym. Overall absolutely perfect. Free charging. But then the gym charger went down and I had to charge using public chargers. And honestly it's not that nice. You really have to spend time thinking and planning. In summary - I would only do it if you have a slower charger that you can plug into whilst going and doing something else. If that's shopping then sure - but the super fast chargers make it actually annoying than a slow charger. And you don't shop super frequently so it's kinda annoying.
Find something you're doing at least once every week. If you have that, then it's tolerable
