All of them are arguably weaker than top 4 of SA qualifier.

Yeah, with how garbage NA dota currently, might as well merge the 2 regions again and give 2 slots.

To be fair, it's improving pretty nicely.

Yeah, compared to cities in South and South East Asia, Tokyo is pretty sparse.

Try looking at videos of Manila or Jakarta and see how dense they are comparatively.
