Black Harley skinny older guy maybe like 50/60. Blond/red beard, couldn’t have been more than 5’7 black leather vest no patches, black bandana. Very stereotypical old dude “biker” type.

Even if she had been tailgating (at 25 mph) there was still no reason to smash her windshield. She did not harm him, hit him, or in anyway act aggressively to a dude riding like an ass

We were in bumper to bumper traffic and he was angry that she was at one point following too closely. When she backed off he would stop at the red lights and stay stopped well after the green trying to goad her into driving aggressively. I was next to them for at least 3 miles watching him stop short for no reason, drive way slower than traffic, etc. despite her having backed off plenty of times
