1. 4x n95+16gb 2666mhz + 512gb m.2 sata with additional 2.5 sata ssd slot, dual 4k hdmi

2. 3x n150+16gb 2666mhz + 512gb m.2 sata, dual realtek gig nic, triple 4k hdmi

Either of them should be fine for your use case. Both will do well for jellyfin/plex due to quick sync. 16gb ram is enough for a few dockers.

I would buy it for that, but sadly you're on the other side of the country and shipping it safely would be outrageously expensive and too risky. I second the price estimates. GLWS
