Hello,
Anti-Tracker is blocking ad domains that WhatsApp Web needs. Quick fix:

Open WhatsApp Web in your browser

Click theBitdefender Anti-Tracker extension icon(next to address bar)

Click thecogwheel→"Add current website to the list" That keeps Anti-Tracker running everywhere else but allows WhatsApp Web.
If it still won't load, check your browser's Secure DNS setting, it can interfere with Anti-Tracker:

Chrome/Edge:Settings → Privacy/Security → Turn off "Use secure DNS"

Firefox:Settings → Privacy & Security → Turn off "DNS over HTTPS"
