Is facebook down right now ? I can see many posts in timeline but can't load any page nor do any notification load when I click on it. I even attempted to post a photo and it doesn't upload.

I can see many posts including some "just now" published posts. But I whenever I click on any page it doesn't load. Also If I attempt to check my latest posts or any notification, it doesn't load
