Question about UDOT Phase 1 Ski Bus Plans u/Dry-Weird3447 • Question about UDOT Phase 1 Ski Bus Plans Question (No Location) I already sent this message to UDOT directly, but maybe someone on Reddit knows? Hello, Today I read that UDOT plans to take over operations of the cottonwoods ski buses in 2028. As you may know, currently UTA operates the ski buses beginning at Midvale Fort Union Trax station and Historic Sandy Trax station. This allows skiers who don't own a personal vehicle to access the ski resorts by transferring to the ski buses via Trax. My question is: once UDOT takes over operations of the ski bus and opens the new parking garage near the mouth of Big Cottonwood, will there still be transit access from Trax to the ski resorts? Or will all skiers be expected to drive to the park and ride near the mouth of Big Cottonwood to access the ski bus?
