What the title says. I finished first year with a really strong GPA but second year was awful. I failed 2 courses and have to retake them and I just wrote a deferred exam that I’m also not sure if I passed the course. On top of that I just found out I barely passed orgo which I put a lot of effort into.

I really like science but when I see how I’m doing compared to my peers in my program and others in science I feel like I don’t belong. On top of having to retake 2 and maybe 3 courses I’m terrified of what’s going to happen to my GPA now and if I’ll have a shot at a future graduate school.

Hello I was wondering if anyone else had noticed that some of the receptionists at the clinic are very rude and snappy. I am there very often as I have a lot of follow up appointments with two different doctors and no matter what time it is it feels like I am annoying them by being there. I’ve noticed the same treatment to other people too. Also, when I am in line to check in I hear everyone’s business 😅 and I feel very embarrassed sometimes because I feel like my business is being announced, “you want to book a follow up for THIS MEDICATION for your THIS PROBLEM?” Maybe I just overthink, allll the other staff are super duper kind and specific receptionists are so wonderful and it makes my day since I go in stressed.
