Strict 'No Dick Head' Policy.

Keep the human in mind. The goal of r/EssendonFC is to foster a sense of community and belonging, not to engage in personal attacks.

Everyone has the right to use r/EssendonFC without being subjected to bullying, harassment, or physical threats. Users that encourage violence or spread hatred based on vulnerability or identity will be banned.

Zero tolerance for Racism, Sexism, Transphobia, Homophobia, and Ableism.

All racist and sexist slurs are banned. Messages containing slurs or banned words will be deleted and you will be warned. Repeat offenders and people who defend their use of discriminatory language will be indefinitely banned.

Respect the privacy of others. No Doxxing.

It is forbidden to incite harassment, such as by disclosing a person's private or sensitive information without consent.

No Brigading/Trolling other team subreddits

It is not acceptable to engage in trolling, brigading, winding-up, or improper banter on the subreddit of opposition teams. Inappropriately linking their sub in ours is one way to brigade their sub. There will be a permanent banning as a result, no questions asked. If you break this rule, we usually find out and you will be banned since we interact with the moderation staff of other subreddits.

No impersonations

Reddit does not need you to use your actual identity, but you must not impersonate anybody or anything in an inaccurate or dishonest way. This includes pretending to be club officials or players.

Keep it legal.

It goes without saying to refrain from uploading unlawful material or promoting, encouraging, or assisting unlawful or forbidden transactions.
