As is correctly stated by the OP, my goal is to get an affordable edition out as well, and it seems likely it will happen, though I don't know how long it will take. I will also try to get the ebook up somewhere again eventually.

Way back when, I suggested to Wizards they do a charity edition with Subterranean. I didn't have as large a publishing arm of my own back then, and if I were doing this now, I'd perhaps have had my team put it together--but Subpress is a good, reputable specialty press, even if they are on the expensive side.

It took a surprising amount of time to get this out, but it appears the slowness was mostly just communication issues between my agent and the various parties.

Lol. Well, if it helps, I did once consider a novel series that started after the heroes had won--the "What now?" sort of book. That idea eventually became Well of Ascension, so there's a world where everyone had your same experience! --Brandon
