hi, I’m a rising junior. ive been thinking about where I want to go lately. I’ve landed on some colleges in big cities like Boston and New York, and I really fell in love with them. I really want to live in a big city for college and have the traditional college feel. however, my parents want me to stay local and go to someplace with less tuition and live with them. I don’t want to go to a local college at all, since none of them are very good in my opinion. I’ve worked my ass off at a private school for a while, and I feel like it would all be useless if I didn’t go somewhere just a little bit prestigious. I want to go for a nursing degree. I can see where they’re coming from, but I also don’t feel like much will change my perspective. any advice on if I should go local or city?
I know MIT superscores but also asks for all scores.
My very first test i got a 800 math but never again. I got worse math scores in later tests (like 720 somehow on one test). My english was also inconsistent but most recent one was 760. Would this look bad?
Does anyone know where the link for UPenn's Penn In Focus (PIF) program is? Or if UPenn isn't doing it anymore?
