Hi ZoeLP, welcome to Wikipedia where we value neutral POV content and editing. Sadly you appear to be editing the article Friends Life repeatedly, in a manner which makes it appear that you are acting on behalf of that company (see WP:COI), eg. use of "customer", and removing content added by other editors.
