Image copyright

The web page from which the image File:US 522 Bypass.jpg was taken has the copyright notice "Copyright © 2025 Morgan Messenger", and nothing more. That fairly unambiguously indicates that the owners of the web site have not licensed the image for free re-use, which would in any case be most unusual for a newspaper to do. Unless an image is in the public domain or licensed by its owner for free re-use, it is not acceptable for Wikipedia, except for a very limited range of uses, explained at Wikipedia:Non-free content, which do not apply to the image in question. This page has been deleted FOUR times but you don't seem to get the message that we shouldn't be creating cross-namespace redirects. You should have learned not to do this after the first page deletion so what is the problem here? So I have blocked you from editing that page. If you continue to be persistently disruptive, you will be blocked next on the entire platform.
