Hi, can you please tell me why you moved Draft:Dimpal Singh from drafts into the main article space? It is very poorly referenced and provides no evidence of notability, and was declined at AfC accordingly. The last time I moved this to draft space, I told you that because you have a stated COI in this subject you must put the draft through AfC, which you acknowledged. It was then declined at AfC twice, and rather than wait for the third review, you unilaterally moved it back into the main article space. Would you care to explain why?

You can edit the draft in the draft namespace, but you need to put it through AfC review rather than publishing it yourself.
