Hi, and thanks for all your work on women artists. I wondered if you had time and inclination to look at Karen Joubert Cordier. The sourcing is poor; I haven't been able to find much that's better. There's discussion on the Talk page. Would like to avert this ending up at AfD if there is evidence to meet NARTIST, so if you are able to look at it that would be great. Best wishes, Tacyarg (talk)

| For your work on Beuford Smith, whose work I recently discovered. Bearian (talk) 17:50, 28 February 2026 (UTC) |
P.S. I saw the Keith de Lellis Gallery retrospective, which is still on. Bearian (talk) 17:52, 28 February 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks Bearian! Do you reckon the Keith de Lellis Gallery retrospective was in the works prior to his death? The video interview that is at the end of the Smith article is very interesting. He discusses "Woman Bathing on Roof" and his feelings about that work now. I thoroughly enjoyed working through the catalog of the 2025 exhibition "Photography and the Black Arts Movement, 1955-1985" at the National Gallery. --WomenArtistUpdates (talk) 02:04, 1 March 2026 (UTC)
- I don't know, but I could probably find out. I took about 4 or 5 photos from the opening. Bearian (talk) 02:07, 1 March 2026 (UTC)
- Just curious Bearian. I hope he got some flowers before he died. I am sorry I didn't get an article posted sooner. --WomenArtistUpdates (talk) 18:24, 1 March 2026 (UTC)

Hello there! You are invited to participate in the Destubathon of the Americas, a contest/editathon which will run from May 1 to May 31. The goal is to destub as many of our 475,000+ stubs for the Americas (from Alaska down to Chile) as possible. A good chance to have fun in expanding many of our old stale stubs and win up to £2000 ($2680) in Amazon vouchers for expanding stub articles. Sign up in the Contestants/participants section on the contest page if interested. Even if not interested in prizes you are still warmly welcome to participate in it as an editathon! Hopefully we can achieve something significant in the month of May together! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:57, 22 April 2026 (UTC)

WP:PRESSPHOTO query
[edit source]Hi, WomenArtistUpdates! Hope you don't mind the message, but I was looking at File:Photo of Eva Sørensen.jpg. Rather unfortunately, I'm fairly confident that this is considered a WP:PRESSPHOTO, given that it's credited to Berlingske, which, although primary known as a newspaper, also sells images from their archives to other organizations (especially through Scanpix Denmark, which they own). I'm not sure if that's clear cut enough for WP:F7, but I just thought I'd get in contact with you about this.
As always, appreciate all the articles I see you do for women in red! GreenLipstickLesbian💌🧸 04:30, 31 May 2026 (UTC)
