Bolding

[edit]

Hello and thank you for your recent contributions. I do have one observation: bold text should be used only in narrow circumstances (see MOS:BOLD), not simply for emphasis or new terms (see MOS:NOTBOLD). Regards, Biruitorul Talk 08:08, 2 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you @Biruitorul for the feedback and for taking the time to make the necessary changes to the article—I really appreciate it. I apologize for the oversight on my part, and I’ll be more mindful going forward to avoid using bold formatting except in accordance with MOS:BOLD. Thanks again! @ TudorTulok (talk) 12:01, 2 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started

[edit]

Hi TudorTulok. Thank you for your work on Heather Gibson (game developer). Another editor, Northernhenge, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:

Thanks for creating Heather Gibson (game developer). She certainly merits an article. Please look at the guidelines in Wikipedia:Reliable sources concerning user-generated content and try to find more reliable sources in preference to Reddit, Tumblr etc. I’ve taken out the Wikipedia references – any links to Wikipedia articles should be via blue links, not references. Thanks again.

To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Northernhenge}}. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)

@Northernhenge: Thank you very much for editing the article. I apologise for having included Wikipedia as references and for using forums as sources. I will work on removing those and replacing them with more reliable references. I will also follow Nikkimaria’s suggestion to shift from fan-oriented language to a more neutral tone. Thanks for responding. No need to apologise. All the best for your editing. --Northernhenge (talk) 17:07, 8 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2025 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2025 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 1 December 2025. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:30, 18 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Nathalie Cook has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:GNG. The subject lacks significant coverage in independent, reliable secondary sources.

The only available sources provide trivial or passing mention, and one is a fansite. No in-depth biographical coverage exists to establish notability.

Material also includes unsourced claims about a living person.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.

If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time. ACROM12 [TALK] 12:09, 24 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
