I am blocking you because it appears that your main reason for editing is to add articles for Shariq Us Sabah and you have repeatedly added this person over a number of years, at one point vandalizing the article for Shariq to change it to be about this person, who may or may not be yourself. I have warned you about promotional sounding edits back in 2013 here and I don't see where you have tried to improve. Wikipedia is not a place to promote a person, book, or topic. You might be able to get unblocked, but one of the requirements is that you cannot edit about this person or their books. If you have edited under other usernames you will also need to disclose this.
