Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Snhere, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome! – NJD-DE (talk) 14:13, 14 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Alpha Coach (May 14)

[edit]
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by KylieTastic was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of organizations and companies). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. [1][2] MrOllie (talk) 13:14, 24 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello MrOllie,
Thanks for the feedback, the links added were not to overwhelm or with advertising intent. There were 3 links added, that complemented the topic on the page and gave additional information to the users.
Requesting you to reinstate them as there it was completely neutral and complementing the topic. Moreover the idea was not backlink generation at all. Snhere (talk) 13:20, 24 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Specially this article about trends in cleanroom process https://hello-pharma.com/cleanroom-technology/cleanroom-technology-and-trends/
Requesting to include this again or advise on how I can do it.
Thank you! Snhere (talk) 13:36, 24 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia does not use advertising like that as citations. It should not be included again, and I can offer no advice about how to include it - because it should not be included at all. MrOllie (talk) 13:59, 24 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. MrOllie (talk) 13:49, 26 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Ollie, sure I will. I just want to know what is the exact reason for not accepting this link. L1 to L5 in serialization is a serious topic and globally people are interested in knowing about it.
Not sure if you are from this domain of pharma manufacturing, the topic of track and trace or serialization is an important topic with implementation mandate in many countries.
This is a clear educational piece, and it does add value to the users. In Wikipedia, especially in pharma equipment manufacturing space, typically known as the supply side within the pharma sector, there is a lot of educational content missing and the effort is to try and reduce the information gap.
And I had mentioned in my earlier message as well I am not adding these link for search engine rankings, my content team makes sure that the content is rich enough to help us achieve search rankings. I have been in the digital marketing domain for over 2 decades now, and I comply to guidelines most of the times.
For the record again, it is not a link building activity, and neither intended to spam.
If you notice the header, it specially says that more information is needed, and appropriate citations are needed.
I would like to know, in this link, where did the guidelines non compliance happen. Will need a proper technical response to this. Snhere (talk) 14:02, 26 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
We don't link to or use content marketing as sources. That is plainly what that site is - and repetitively adding it is plainly linkspamming behavior as Wikipedia defines it. If you are here to build an encyclopedia and not to promote a particular site, I suggest you find something else to use as a source. Also have a read of WP:COI and WP:PAID - adding your own site as you have been is a violation of Wikipedia's terms of use. MrOllie (talk) 14:27, 26 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Trvst moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Trvst. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. CherryPie94 🍒🥧 (talk) 18:46, 19 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]
