Article Vijaya (bow)
[edit]Thank you for your contribution, but don't edit as your wish. Whatever you feel, you please mention in article talk page. Don't edit without citing resources. If you edit in such a way that it violates content of the article, it might be treated as disruptive editing which further leads to loss of editing privileges. Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Saaho. Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Do not change direct quotations. At any rate, the consistent style across Indian film and other topics related to Indian commerce is to use crore, not billions. —C.Fred (talk) 17:03, 22 March 2020 (UTC)
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Saaho. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.
If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose their editing privileges. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to result in loss of your editing privileges. Thank you. INRConvert
[edit]Re: this, we do not use INRConvert templates in film infoboxes. This was decided in a discussion at WT:ICTF. Feel free to search the discussion archives if you care about the rationale. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:45, 10 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Shubhamkris:, please read this and STOP using the convert template in the article lead or infobox like you are doing. It's getting disruptive. Stop. Ravensfire (talk) 02:59, 11 April 2020 (UTC)

[edit]
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Mukunda. Again and again, you've been asked not to use the INRConvert template in infoboxes and yet you keep doing it. Your edits have all been reverted back to the correct layout, but this needs to stop. If you continue your disruptive edits, you very probably will end up blocked from editing. STOP. Ravensfire (talk) 14:46, 11 April 2020 (UTC)

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Boss Engira Bhaskaran. Stop putting the INRConvert template into infoboxees. You can see the warnings you've gotten about exactly this issue and the reasons. This is beyond disruptive at this point. STOP. Ravensfire (talk) 17:03, 1 May 2020 (UTC)

{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:54, 5 May 2020 (UTC)- Editing against community preferences is disruptive, and if you keep doing it after your block expires, the next block will be for longer. Also, your failure to respond to any of the notes above isn't doing you any favours. This is a community project. If you're unwilling to talk, you're probably not going to have many fans. Disambiguation link notification for June 8
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Hiranyaksha, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Naga and Deva (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:24, 8 June 2020 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Outlander07. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Kalarippayattu, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Outlander07@talk 10:27, 24 June 2020 (UTC)
Stop changing millions to crore
[edit]Again, please stop changing millions to crore, as you appear to have done again here. If a standard exists in an article, leave it alone. This isn't the Indian Wikipedia, this is a global Wikipedia, and not everybody knows what "crore" is. See MOS:COMMONALITY. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:07, 26 June 2020 (UTC)

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Ashtanga (eight limbs of yoga). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Hi, my edit comment said correctly that Wikipedia doesn't use lists in the lead section, and generally tries to minimise lists in text articles. This is not to be changed without broad consensus, and certainly not by edit-warring. If you want to discuss the matter, do so on the article's talk page. Many thanks for your understanding. Direct, reliable sources needed for Days of the Year pages
[edit]You're probably not aware of this change, but Days of the Year pages now require direct reliable sources for additions. For details see the content guideline, the WikiProject Days of the Year style guide or the edit notice on any DOY page. Almost all new additions without a reliable source as a reference are now being reverted on-sight.
Please do not add new additions to these pages without direct sources as the burden to provide them is on the editor who adds or restores material to these pages and you've been warned about this previously.
Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 04:14, 9 May 2021 (UTC)

ARBIPA sanctions alert
[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}} on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
