Hi there, just a gentle request to tone things down a bit when responding to sock blocks, especially ones like this, where the editor has explained why they may well be on a shared IP: [1]. I don't actually think the chances are astronomical that these people would all be editing from the same IP, given the topic and who they're supposed to be; that would be pretty reasonable, actually. (I have other reasons for blocking.)
Non-admins can do a lot of good at unblocks, including for CU blocks. I've written a guide, if you're interested. Part of the way non-admins can best do that good, in my opinion, is with sympathy.
