ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:41, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

WP:NOTABILITY is not an ITN criteria.

[edit]

WP:NOTABILITY, which I have seen you reference several times at ITN recently, is not a valid criteria for posting. At the top, it reads "On Wikipedia, notability is a test used by editors to decide whether a given topic warrants its own article. If you do want to see what is valid, read through WP:ITNCRIT. RfDs

[edit]

As I said at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2026 April 19:

Please stop spamming RfDs with Keep per WP:REDIRECTPURPOSE without any attempt to engage with the discussion. It's vague and makes consensus less clear as a result, making it completely counterproductive.

I'm sure you're trying to help with a backlog, but this isn't helpful. – Scyrme (talk) 22:09, 25 April 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet

[edit]
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Justthefacts per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Justthefacts. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you believe that there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} or use the unblock wizard.  PhilKnight (talk) 15:14, 27 April 2026 (UTC)[reply]
