Proposed deletion of Pantheon Macroeconomics

The article Ian Shepherdson has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Insufficient independent in-depth sources to establish notability. Independent sources are more on the subject's predictions rather than subject himself. In addition WSJ does the most accurate survey every year and it seems most of them are not considered notable. Subject does not meet requirement for academic either. COI creator.
