Hey Onekopaka, I have added Cavendish support for wikEd. You could install it as a Greasemonkey script and use it on your wiki. Сасусlе 02:37, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

Hello, Onekopaka! You've listed yourself as an active member of WikiProject Macintosh, which is currently seeing very little activity. We are trying to revive the project and your help would be appreciated. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I wanted to let you know that your user subpage at User:Onekopaka/CLOCK84 may not meet Wikipedia's user page guidelines. It is intended for basic information about yourself and your interests, your goals related to editing Wikipedia, and disclosures of conflicts of interest and paid editing. Although a lot of freedom is allowed in personalizing your user page, it is not:
- an encyclopedia article (and should not be styled to look like one)
- a workspace for a draft article
- a personal website, blog, or social media site
- a space for self-promotion or other advertising
- a CV, resumé, or lengthy autobiography
The user page guidelines have additional information on what is and what is not considered acceptable content. Please use your user sandbox or the draft article space to practice editing or to create new articles. Thank you. YOSHI128K talk! 06:13, 3 March 2026 (UTC)
Follow-up to the previous warning
[edit]Hello again. I've seen that you have removed the code for your clock program soon after I pointed out that it wasn't fit for userspace (though not before I copy-pasted the page source into a text file for safe keeping). Having seen that you haven't made any recent edits, I feared that I'd have to submit it to MfD, but it appears that you are still active.
Admittedly, though you did remove the offending content itself, you didn't request that the page be deleted as I would expect one would if they were told that one of their user pages wasn't fit for Wikipedia (I definitely would have); the code is still in the revision history.
I'd just like to remind you that Wikipedia isn't a file/web/blog/whatever hosting service, and that (I would presume) applies to source code as well. In your case, your program would be a better fit on one of the various TI calculator user communities that accept user programs (e.g. ticalc.org). If you still have the original program file, consider uploading it to one of those sites.
To request that one of your user pages be deleted, you can use the {{Db-u1}} template; just place it at the top of the page.
Thank you for doing (almost) the right thing! YOSHI128K talk! 23:10, 4 March 2026 (UTC)
- I've moved the source elsewhere and requested the deletion with that template. onekopaka (talk) 01:08, 5 March 2026 (UTC)
