I have disclosed that this account is a clean start, not to evade scrutiny, to evade blocks, to evade blocks and locks. This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sockpuppet that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. If this is a legitimate clean start, you need to identify your previous account, if not publicly, then to a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee via email. See WP:CLEANSTART. Do not remove bits and parts of the discussion; you may remove it in its entirety if you wish. I reiterate my statement above that you removed. As I assume you don't want to publicly disclose your prior account or accounts, I will only remove this block if a checkuser or ArbCom authorizes it. Since you have now acknowledged that your previous accounts were vandal socks, (and you're obviously logged out socking here), this is indeed not a true clean start. You must not be under any blocks or sanctions to have a clean start.
