Welcome!
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions; however, please remember the essential rule of respecting copyrights. Edits to Wikipedia may not contain material from copyrighted sources unless that text is available under a suitable free license. It is almost never okay to copy extensive text out of a book or website and paste it into a Wikipedia article with little or no alteration, though you can clearly and briefly quote copyrighted text in the right circumstances. Content that does not comply with this legal rule must be removed. For more information on this, see:

- Thanks for your message, Cremastra. Your edit summary was "close paraphrasing of source". I've read Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing to understand what that means. I'm happy to reformulate my contribution, acknowledging that -by definition- my words cannot be as exact as the organisation's own words, which probably were chosen wisely. Anyway, if that's the rules, that's fine with me and I will do so.
- I've reviewed and republished my amendments to the Lead section; please have a look. A review of the Organisational Structure section may take some time.
