IP block exemption request for mobile hotspot user

Hello,

I am writing to request an IP Block Exemption (IPBE). I recently found myself unable to edit my sandbox due to a "cross-wiki spam" block on my current IP range.

I want to clarify that I do not use a VPN. I am currently contributing while using a portable mobile hotspot from my phone. I believe I am being caught in this block as "collateral damage" because I am sharing an IP range with other mobile users in my region.

I am a genuine contributor and I am currently working on Wiki N'zuñdeuh Translate project. As the block notice suggests that admins grant IPBE liberally to non-spammers, I would appreciate this exemption so I can continue my work without further interruption. To verify my intent, please feel free to check my contributions on the wikipedia french version as this is my first contribution here on wikipedia english.

You don't meet the criteria for an exemption as this is a brand new account, and you haven't shown you have no other possible means of internet access. If you are working with a formal project, I suggest you ask someone else in the project to communicate with us about this.
